FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index
KOITO has been selected as a constituent of FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index by FTSE, a leading ESG rating agency in U.K.
This index is intended for Japanese companies which are superior to address environment, social and governance (ESG) issues and facilitate the transition to decarbonized society.
It is one of the indices adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) as a passive management standard for ESG investment.
CDP
With respect to environmental issues, the results of a survey conducted by CDP, a UK-based non-profit organization, were released in January 2026.
KOITO was recognized for its efforts and disclosure related to climate change and water resources, receiving a rating of "B (Management)" for Climate Change and "B- (Management)" for Water Security.
"Kurumin" Certification
KOITO has received the "Kurumin" Certification from the Minister of Health, Labour, and Welfare, and has been acknowledged as a "Childcare Support Company" for its excellent initiatives in helping employees balance work and childcare responsibilities.
