Announcement Regarding Changes of Directors and Corporate Officers

KOITO MANUFACTURING CO., LTD. ("KOITO") announces that it has informally decided to change some of its Directors and Corporate Officers at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 25, 2024.
The number of outside directors will be increased by one with the aim of further improving management transparency and further strengthening the corporate governance system, resulting in four Outside Directors out of ten.
This matter will be officially decided at the 124th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 27, 2024, and at the subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors, as follows:
